Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 7 February 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of holistic therapy and massage services by Amanda Morris Holistics ("we", "us"). By booking or attending an appointment you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not book or attend a treatment.
2. Booking & Payment
Appointments may be booked via phone or email. Payment is taken at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods displayed on our website and in-person.
3. Cancellation, Amendments & No-shows
Amendments must be made with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid charges. Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the booked treatment price. This policy also applies to no-shows.
If you are late, we may need to shorten your treatment in order to avoid impacting subsequent clients; you will still be charged the full amount.
4. Health, Medical Conditions & Consent
You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy when booking and before treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or adapt treatment where it is considered unsafe. By attending a treatment you consent to the therapist performing the agreed services.
5. Results & Expectations
Therapies and massage aim to promote relaxation and wellbeing. Results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed. Any information provided by staff about expected outcomes is for guidance only and not a warranty.
6. Vouchers & Gift Cards
Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Bookings using vouchers are subject to the same cancellation policy above.
7. Refunds & Faulty Service
If you believe a service was not provided with reasonable care and skill, please raise the complaint promptly so we can investigate. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
8. Liability
Except where prohibited by law, our liability for loss or damage arising out of our services is limited to the price paid for the treatment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection law (including the UK GDPR). Personal data collected for bookings, medical screening and communications is used to provide and manage treatments. For details on how we handle your data see our Privacy Policy.
10. Confidentiality
Client records are confidential and held securely. We will not disclose personal information except as required by law or with your consent.
11. Complaints
If you have a complaint please contact us using the details on our Contact page. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it fairly.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where there is a material change it will be published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance. For appointments, the version at the time of booking applies unless otherwise stated.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, the law of your part of the UK will apply where required.
14. Contact
